funny little characters
a slice of whimsy

These all started as pencil and pen sketches, then transitioning to lino prints. The prints are done in black printing ink onto first, blank paper and then printed onto gathered leaflets, notes, jumbo playing cards, book pages and other scrap paper materials. Each feet man has its own gallery of prints, and a brief character profile.

Initial designs:

Self Insert
Catchphrase- “that’s literally me chat”

Scared of confrontation and hypersensitive to criticism.
Loves long walks on the beach and being told that it is pretty.
Recent achievements include- eating half a kilogram of oats straight out the bag in one sitting and rewatching the same indie animated show 9 times in one month.

“The” Footman
Catchphrase- “no i don’t have foot fetish, i just have a fetish for making others uncomfortable”

Dislikes peanuts and beetles & strongly believes that they cannot be trusted.
Loves to do the washing up and will tolerate hoovering.
Has strong opinions on the current socio-economic state of the world right now, and you must- under no circumstances- ask it about them.

Knife
Catchphrase- “i can be trusted with sharp objects”

Has severe trypophobia and dyslexia.
Collects scrap metal from the side of highways as a way of destressing after a long day.
Really enjoys reading fantasy novels and is currently on a quest to travel the world to prove that dragons are real. So far it has been unsuccessful.

Sprite
Catchprase-“you wish you looked this good”

Deeply insecure about its intellegence.
Enjoys playing farming simulator games.
Has a real soft spot for sented candles. There is nothing, and I mean nothing it wouldnt do for a sented candle.

Stefan with an “f”
Catchphrase- “i will always love and appreciate you”

Horribly addicted to YouTube shorts.
A real romantic and appreciator of renaissance paintings.
Both charming and personable, a great listener, however it can get impossibly clingy if you let it get too close.

Simon
Catchphrase- “moving and grooving”

Claims to have a First Aid certificate, when, in fact, it does not.
Finds joy in all things, likes to do a happy dance.
Recently discovered colour photography and is really enjoying using a 2010 camera it purchased of Facebook Marketplace for £7.35.

The Son That I Hate
Catchphrase- “i wish to see all the wonders of the world”

Fearful of people in positions of authority.
Is always able to smile despite it all.

In its free time it frequently plays with fire, has a decently sized collection of stolen lighters.

Peter
Catchphrase- “i would really like to be submerged in water”

Despite how many times it has been explained to it, it still doesn’t understand basic colour theory.
Is an outstanding member of the community & great with small children.
Has a drop shipping company and crypto portfolio worth about £1.37 combined, it dreams of one day being able to afford a meal deal.

Torbi
Catchphrase- “soon i shall become a beautiful butterfly”

Has never won a game of rock, paper, scissors.

Enjoys staring at people and currently holds the world record for the largest collection of eye balls.
Its lifelong dream is to become a manager of a fast food chain, everyday it grinds towards this greasy goal. you really must respect the dedication.

Stefan with a “ph”
Catchphrase- “i have no mouth and no reason to scream”

Dislikes being in group chats with more than 3 people.
Likes to make small versions of itself out of the mud in its garden.
The strong silent type, nicknamed the watcher, it communicates telepathically with other men.

Dingle
Catchphrase- “god forbid i have fun in my free time”

Wanted in 7 US states for manslaughter.
Has a natual gift for music & is considered a master in the acordian and pan pipes.

Once had dreams of becoming a big hollywood star however after the ‘incident’ its been on the run, recently it has found a new reason to live & a new passion for music.

Ceader
Catchphrase- “sample text”

Is deeply paranoid and convinced everyone hates it.
Cares deeply for its friends, in reality, everyone really likes it.
Is a really competent baker and frequents local baking competitions in which they consistently get 2nd place.

Sprout
Catchphrase- “i rather enjoy violence”

It can’t stand the sound of doors slamming and has an allergy to fresh water salmon.
Really loves digging in the dirt.
Its eyes have been known to trap the souls of people who gaze into them for too long inside its massive empty eyes.
